Approved original products
We use only approved original products and CE-certified medical devices. Hyaluronic-acid fillers are CE-certified medical devices in Germany under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745). Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine and is prescribed and administered exclusively by a physician.
Why it matters: with approved brand products, purity, composition and tolerability are documented and backed by extensive clinical data. Products from unclear sources offer none of that – cheap does not equal safe here.
Approved doesn't automatically mean equivalent
Approval or CE certification is a minimum requirement for safety and quality – not a seal that makes all products equal. Even among approved products there are measurable differences.
With hyaluronic-acid fillers, for example, purity, degree of cross-linking, flow properties (firmness and shape stability) and the depth of clinical data all differ. These properties determine how a gel behaves in the tissue, how long it lasts and which area it suits.
We select products specifically by these properties and by your anatomy – not by the lowest purchase price. Which product makes sense in your case is discussed before treatment.
The right material for your anatomy
Not every material suits every area. Hyaluronic-acid gels come in different firmnesses: firmer, shape-stable gels suit structural contours such as the chin or jawline, while softer, more adaptable gels suit delicate areas such as the lips or tear trough.
We select the product specifically for your goal and anatomy – not a one-size-fits-all product. This choice is part of the medical treatment and is discussed with you beforehand.
Correct storage
A product's efficacy also depends on correct storage. Many products – botulinum toxin in particular – must be refrigerated and are sensitive to temperature changes. We store all products correctly and use them only within their shelf life.
Batch documentation & traceability
For every treatment we document the batch used. This traceability is part of drug and medical-device safety: in the rare event of a product warning, exactly what was used can be identified.
For hyaluronic-acid fillers, documentation has a further benefit: when it is known exactly which product was injected, a hyaluronic-acid treatment can, if needed, be specifically dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase – an important safety net.
Sterile & single-use
For every treatment we use sterile single-use needles and cannulas. Single-use materials are discarded after use and never reused. This is basic infection control and a matter of course for any injection-based treatment in a medical practice.
Quality & price
What quality has to do with price
High-quality original products, correct storage and sterile single-use materials cost money – they are one reason a serious treatment is not possible at a dumping price. We deliberately choose quality over the lowest price.

Frequently asked questions
Which materials do you use?
Only approved original products and CE-certified medical devices: CE-certified hyaluronic-acid fillers and an approved botulinum-toxin original product. For the fat-dissolving injection we openly clarify the legal status – partly off-label – with you beforehand.
Why don't you name the botulinum-toxin product?
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine. Advertising such medicines to the public is restricted by law, so we do not name the product publicly. The physician will inform you in person – we use an original product approved in Germany.
Are more expensive materials really better – why not the cheapest?
What matters is not price but approval, purity and tolerability. We deliberately choose high-quality, approved original products over budget ones. Very cheap offers often come at the expense of product quality, storage or physician oversight – factors that determine safety and tolerability.
How do you ensure the material is safe?
Through four building blocks: approved original products, correct (often refrigerated) storage within shelf life, batch documentation for traceability, and sterile single-use materials for every treatment. Botulinum toxin is prescribed and dosed by a physician.
What is the difference between a brand product and a no-name product?
With approved brand products, composition, purity and tolerability are documented and backed by clinical data; they are subject to approval or CE certification. Products from unclear sources provide none of this evidence and their quality cannot be verified.
Are all approved fillers equally good?
No. Approval or CE certification is a minimum requirement, not an equals sign. Approved hyaluronic-acid fillers differ in purity, degree of cross-linking, flow properties and the depth of their clinical data. We choose the product by these properties and your anatomy – not by the lowest price.
Can hyaluronic-acid fillers be dissolved again?
Yes. Hyaluronic-acid fillers can, if needed, be specifically dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase. Because we document the batch used, it is known exactly which product was placed – making a correction or dissolution more predictable if required.
