PRP treatment & Vampire Facial in Wolfsburg

Skin rejuvenation using your own blood – for fresher, firmer skin, with no foreign substances.

The PRP treatment (platelet-rich plasma) is an autologous blood therapy for skin rejuvenation. In Wolfsburg, physician Rafee El Kaddour takes a small amount of your own blood, concentrates it into a plasma rich in your body’s own growth factors, and applies it to the skin – for more freshness, firmness and a more even complexion. Combined with microneedling it is colloquially called a “Vampire Facial”.

What is a PRP treatment?

In a PRP treatment a small amount of blood is drawn and centrifuged to concentrate the platelets and their growth factors. This platelet-rich plasma is applied to the skin via microneedling or fine injections and stimulates the skin’s own regeneration. Because it is your own blood, it is very well tolerated.

PRP works differently from fillers or botulinum toxin: it adds no volume and relaxes no muscles, but improves the quality of the skin from within. The growth factors prompt the cells to produce more collagen and elastin – so the result develops gradually over weeks.

We usually recommend a course of about three sessions a few weeks apart, then a top-up as needed. The result builds up step by step rather than all at once.

Because only your own blood is used, allergic reactions are very unlikely. We work with sterile single-use systems and brief you honestly on realistic results and limits beforehand.

Results & longevity

Results & course

First effects on freshness and skin feel appear after one to two weeks. The result continues to build over the sessions and in the following weeks, as collagen formation takes time. Results are natural and vary individually; a top-up maintains the effect.

Results are individual and may vary. Before/after images show real treatments and are published only with the patient’s explicit consent.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a PRP treatment do?

It improves skin quality from within – freshness, firmness and evenness – via your body’s own growth factors. PRP does not add volume like a filler.

Is the treatment painful?

Microneedling and fine injections are usually well tolerated; on request we numb the skin beforehand with a cream.

How many sessions do I need?

Usually a course of about three sessions a few weeks apart, then a top-up as needed.

How is PRP different from fillers or botulinum toxin?

PRP improves skin quality, fillers add volume and contour, botulinum toxin relaxes muscles. The methods often complement each other.

Is PRP safe?

Only your own blood is used, with sterile single-use systems and performed by a physician. Allergic reactions are therefore very unlikely.
