What affects the price?
Number of areas
Treating several zones in one session affects the total price.
Amount needed
Fillers are usually billed per millilitre, botulinum toxin per area.
Number of sessions
The fat-dissolving injection usually needs several sessions.
Your individual goal
A subtle refresh is priced differently from pronounced contouring.
Product and material quality
We deliberately choose high-quality, established original products over budget ones. That quality, uninterrupted storage and a material chosen to suit your anatomy all affect the price.
Frequently asked questions about prices & costs
Does health insurance cover the costs?
Aesthetic treatments are self-pay services (IGeL) – statutory health insurance does not cover them. For certain medical indications such as chronic migraine or severe sweating (hyperhidrosis), reimbursement may be possible in individual cases. Please clarify this directly with your health insurer before treatment.
Why are all prices “from” prices – is there no fixed price?
Every treatment is individual: the area, the amount needed and the effort differ from person to person. That is why we quote guide values (“from” prices). In Germany, medical services are billed under the medical fee schedule (GOÄ); flat package prices are not permitted. You receive the exact price in the consultation.
How is the price calculated – per area or per millilitre?
It depends on the treatment. Botulinum toxin is usually priced per area (e.g. the forehead), hyaluronic acid mostly per millilitre. The fat-dissolving injection is calculated by area and number of sessions. In the consultation we look together at what makes sense for your goal.
What does the introductory appointment cost?
The introductory appointment is free and without obligation – a first information meeting about your goals and the likely scope, with no commitment to treatment. The individual medical guidance on suitability and risks takes place before the treatment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash, by debit card or credit card. Payment is made after the treatment at the practice. If you have any questions about billing, please feel free to ask us.
Do I receive a cost estimate in advance?
Yes. Before every treatment we explain the expected costs transparently. As a self-pay service, we set out the planned services and costs clearly, so you have a sound basis for your decision.
Are aesthetic treatments tax-deductible?
Usually not: purely aesthetic treatments are not considered medically necessary and are not tax-deductible. With a medical indication, an exceptional-expense deduction may apply in individual cases. Your tax adviser or tax office can clarify this definitively.
Why isn't the cheapest treatment automatically the better choice?
Price also depends on the material used. We deliberately choose quality over the lowest price and work exclusively with high-quality, approved original products and CE-certified medical devices – no no-name or budget products. They are stored correctly and used fresh for each patient. With strikingly low prices it is worth asking about the product, its origin, storage and whether a physician performs the treatment – these factors determine safety and tolerability.
